Biaozhi Thickness Gauge (Ferrous Base Model) is a professional non-destructive testing instrument designed for rapid measurement of coating thickness on ferromagnetic substrates. Utilizing magnetic induction technology, this device delivers precise measurements for electroplated layers, galvanized coatings, paint films, and various non-conductive coatings, while also supporting thickness detection of paper and other laminated non-metallic materials. It is widely applied in industrial manufacturing, automotive components, metal processing, and packaging industries.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity probe, the gauge automatically identifies substrate characteristics and completes data acquisition within seconds. The measurement range spans 0-2000μm (customizable with different probes), with optimized algorithms ensuring stable performance on curved or rough surfaces.
