The JSDC-YCKG series level switch is an intelligent monitoring device specifically engineered for industrial material detection applications. Suitable for monitoring solid powders, granular materials and liquid levels, this product employs non-contact measurement principles combined with advanced sensing technology and intelligent algorithms to deliver reliable level control solutions across diverse industrial environments.
Featuring an integrated body construction, the device incorporates weather-resistant detection modules capable of operating within a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. Specially processed sensing elements demonstrate anti-adhesion and impact-resistant characteristics, ensuring stable performance in challenging conditions including high dust concentration and humid environments. The probe surface adopts multi-layer protective treatment to extend core component service life. Its lightweight structural design facilitates flexible installation with multiple mounting orientations.
The JSDC-YCKG series offers modular configuration options to accommodate varied industrial requirements. Users can select detection modules with different sensitivity levels based on material characteristics, covering applications from free-flowing particles to viscous substances.
